ST. GEORGE — It was the Desert Storm Classic this weekend, hosted by Dixie High School, with 36 teams and several hundred high school wrestlers battling for supremacy.

Friday and Saturday, the holiday tournament took place at DHS, with local schools and several out-of-region teams taking to the mats.

Ty Smith from Virgin Valley and Liam Williams from Desert Hills were named as the most outstanding wrestlers at the event.
