ST. GEORGE — My name is Avery Young and I’m 12. I have started a community project called Hearts to Hands. I designed my own logo and I have been doing lots of things to serve others. I will be delivering 50 hygiene kits to the Dove Center soon. I made and sold 25 pies to earn the money for the kits. I will  be performing a mini concert with my ukulele at the Soup Kitchen soon as well. I love to volunteer there.

I’m looking for more ways to serve those in need through music. I hope to play for those at hospitals and rest homes who could use some music therapy. I am a state finalist for the National American Miss competition in July.
