Adoptive parents hold fundraiser to cover legal fees

ST. GEORGE – Hello My name is Matthew, and I would love to be the father of a 5-month-old baby named Max.

The birth mother tried her best to provide a good life for Max but she was having a very difficult time. She wanted him to be raised in a home that could provide him with the love and care she knew he deserved. Max is very special to her and she wanted to give him a good start in life.

When Max was 4 months old, she made the difficult decision to place him in a home with a new mommy and daddy who already knew and loved him like she did. She placed him with his great-aunt and great-uncle.

Max’s new mommy’s name is Lynnette and his new daddy’s name is Matt. Max’s birth mother’s decision was very sudden and we did not have time to prepare for his arrival. We had just gotten married and Max was waiting at our house for us when we came home from our honeymoon. We consider Max to be the best gift we have ever received. Max is now healthier and happier than he has ever been.

Many couples have the opportunity to prepare financially for an adoption or the arrival of a new family member. Lynnette and I did not have the time to prepare. We now have the unexpected costs associated with adoption. The Baby Max’s Adoption Fund will be used to help cover the legal fees and court costs that are needed to finalize the adoption. Max’s adoption cannot be complete until the fees are paid.

Please help Max have a forever family and make him my son.

Thank you,
Matt
