ST. GEORGE — On March 19 at 5:30 p.m., Dr. James R. Hale of Hale Chiropractic, 1224 S. River Rd., will be hosting a free and informative event titled, “Bliss: A Headaches Seminar.”
Headaches are unfortunately very common in our society, with 47 percent of the adult population admitting to headache pain within the last year. While headaches are common disorders of the nervous system, they are painful and can be debilitating and lead to more severe issues. What most people do is mask the pain with aspirin or pain killers, but this isn’t the solution.
“I want to help members of this community find alternative headache prevention methods and aid this condition for good,” Hale said.
“Headaches don’t discriminate,” Hale said.
